WE ARE TRULY BLESSED!
As many of you are aware of the devastating fire at our manufacturing facility about mid-night on 2/11/09 (see links below). We would like to keep everyone updated as we go through this process of recovering and rebuilding.

First, let me start by saying no one was hurt and expressing our sincere gratitude to so many of you that have called, emailed and came to see us. The Corona Chamber of Commerce was there early Thursday morning assuring us they would help get us into another building right away, the city had a list of a dozen buildings for us to go see by noon, our suppliers had customers of theirs offering to let us use their facilities until we could rebuild with the same offers coming from other manufacturers locally and from our competitors in the pet industry. This whole experience has been very humbling and emotional yet is now becoming so inspiring because of all of you. Sharing your prayers, words of encouragement and just the all out support you have offered has been truly overwhelming and words just cannot express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation.
We now have 2 locations here locally that make products for other industries yet use similar equipment and who have literally turned over their keys for us to run a second shift in their facility. One of these will be used until a new location of our own is up and running. Our intention is to have some of our products available within 2 weeks and the remainder in March. Since we are known for the quality of ingredients we use, you can be assured we will not compromise our formulas that have remained consistent for 23 years. We do want to also apologize for not updating our blog about this sooner even though so many of you have expressed your understanding so please check back for future updates.

This post makes me truly happy and I send my prayers & best wishes. It is unthinkable for me to even wonder what I might do if my ultimate favorite Natures Specialties Lavenderm or Re-moisturizer where no longer available I am a shampoo sampler extraordinaire and there simply is NO replacement products for our main shampoo and conditioner. Our grooming shop is relieved that no one was hurt in this catastrophic fire and send our encouragement for your staff during the upcoming rebuilding process.

Gentlemen,
I purchased a Speedy Groom Waterless Shampoo from a local pet groomer and love it. My cat, however, is a little more reluctant to be bathed but it works very well and is the only method by which I can shampoo him. It’s great, leaves Merlin with a very shiny coat, diminishes scratching, and smells great!
In locating your website from the bottle, I read about your devastating fire of a couple of weeks ago and am so very sorry to hear about it. I hope that with the support of suppliers, friends and community you will be able to be up and running at full stride very soon. It will only get better! My thoughts and prayers are with you.
