To whom it may concern,
I am a police officer and K9 handler for a police department in southern California. I have a police service dog as well as three others at my house. Each has had minor skin issues, problems with their coat, so on and so forth. The shampoo’s normally sold on the shelves of local pet stores did not do what they claimed. Their coats were dull and their skin was very dry. At a K9 event, I was given a bottle of Nature’s Specialties “Plum Silky” to test out. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product, how easy it was to apply, to rinse and the lasting effect. I can use it on each dog without a problem. With the right combination of good food and health, this shampoo brought out the beauty of each of their coats, that were left dull before. The dry skin is gone and their coats have never been softer or had more shine. I was able to get groomer quality at home, and as you can imagine, a groomer bill for four large dogs can get quite pricey.
When I ran out, I stopped by the Nature’s Specialties warehouse in Corona, CA. I explained how I learned about the product and the success I had with it. The people were very friendly and had a great knowledge of each product. I was introduced to new products (EZ Shed) to help with shedding as well as a conditioner (Plum-Tastic) to ensure the quality of their products. They were very generous and asked me to try to a complete grooming process with each dog. I can only say I am more impressed now, than I was before and each dog has kicked their minor skin or coat issue. I cannot thank the company and its employees enough for everything. I can see the quality goes beyond just some good ingredients. They have made a life time customer out of me and I will recommend them to any and everyone.

I’m too late for the giveaway but wanted to let everyone know of our experience with your products. We currently own 2 dogs, 4 cats and 4 ferrets and foster any number of other animals at any given time. Our English Bulldog has always had itchy, scaly, irritated skin and over a year of back and forth visits to the vet, along with multiple expensive tests and treatments, yielded no relief. After our local holistic pet food store owner opened her own grooming salon in the store, I decided to give her the power to do what she thought best. She offered a three step anti-itch and skin relief service using your Tar & Sulfur with Aloe, followed by your Neem shampoo and Re-Moisturizer with Aloe and finished up with the Wham spray. The difference was amazing! That was the first time we’d seen healthy, pink skin on our bulldog since she was a small puppy.

On the groomer’s recommendation, we purchased the Plum Silky Shampoo, Re-Moisturizer with Aloe conditioner and Foo-Foo Cologne, in Plum, of course! I immediately used it on our other dog with amazing results. Then, being one to push the limits of a product, I gave it a whirl on our ferrets and I was absolutely amazed! This isn’t even a whitening treatment and I could see rivers of orange residue just rinsing off of our older male. Now all of our ferrets are clean, shiny and smell wonderful and I’m happy knowing that your products left their natural oils intact.

I look forward to trying your other products, as well. If they are anything like the others I’ve tried, I know that I will be wonderfully satisfied. You’ve found yourself a lifelong customer!

We have been using Nature’s Specialties products in the grooming shop where I have worked as a bather for the past 5 years. My boss, the owner of the salon and a certified master groomer, swears by your products. My favorite is the Neem Shampoo. I use this on my own dogs, a Lhasa Apso and a Bichon Frise, when they get really itchy. It works very quickly and cleans them up wonderfully as well. Customers are amazed at how well the shampoos, conditioners, sprays and colognes really hold up. Keep the great products coming.
